Flavored Vinegar

Ingredients:

• 8 oz apple cider vinegar
• large bunch of fresh herbs, mixed or one variety (use any herbs you love: lavender, marjoram, oregano, basil, nettles, savory, mints, thyme)

Directions:

Place herbs in 8 oz mason jar and cover with vinegar. Make sure herbs are completely covered. Lay wax paper or parchment over top and then place ring and lid. Set aside to steep at least 7 days. Herb flavor will get stronger the longer you leave it to steep.
