Tilapia with Lemon and Garlic


• 4 tilapia fillets
• 3 T fresh lemon juice
• 1 T olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
• 3 T chopped fresh parsley
• pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place parchment paper on baking pan. Rinse tilapia and pat dry. Place fillets on pan, pour lemon juice over fillets, then drizzle olive oil on top. Sprinkle with garlic and pepper. Bake until fish is white and flaky, 20 – 30 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
